At The Fresh Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for more details.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom Items: Due to the nature of custom 3D-printed products, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged.
  • Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at info@thefreshprints.io with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will inform you if your return is approved and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We’ll work with you to arrange an exchange or issue a replacement.
